Friday, April 20th, 7:30 pm A Whole Lotta Shakin’ Goin’ On Dress in your best 1950’s attire and dance the evening away! Dancing is encouraged, but optional, and there will be limited concert seating available for those just watching the nostalgia. This fun-filled blast from the past will include a costume contest, a Sadie Hawkin’s Dance and trivia contests throughout the evening. Exciting images from the 1950’s will be projected on stage, behind the band during the performance. The Rifftors will “knock your socks off”! Covering music originally performed by such greats as the Everly Brothers, Elvis, Jerry Lee Lewis and Bobby Darin, the group delivers an amazingly authentic sound with expertise and finesse, right down to the “oh, so familiar” 50’s reverb on the vocals that takes you right back to other times and places, to fond memories and remembered dreams. The Rifftors is a collaboration of five Sedona favorites that includes Dan Bresnan of The Heavenly J’s, Chris Seymour of The Seymour-Cyge Band and The Heavenly J’s, Rick Cyge of Meadowlark and The Seymour-Cyge Band, Robert “Wing” Ryan of Amitabha and “Hutch” Hutchinson of The Heavenly J’s and The Blues Dawgs. Hear samples of the Rifftors at EarthsongMusic.com.
